Top Women Awards
The 11 Annual Top Women Awards are being held this month and Dell are once again finalists.
The awards are a collaborative platform dedicated to recognising outstanding leadership for organizations that have stepped up and shaped women’s roles within the private and public sector.
Dell won this award in 2013 for being one of South Africa’s top gender empowerment companies. This year we are being recognized for the same category in the ICT sector and hope to go home with the award again.
Gender Mainstreaming Awards 2014
The Gender Mainstreaming Awards are held by Business Engage. The awards give public recognition for good practice and excellence in tracking gender mainstreaming and further strengthen the business case for gender diversity.
Dell were shortlisted for these awards and interviewed by a panel of judges.
