GenNext drives coaching to Sci Bono students
GenNext is an Employee Resource Group whose mandate is to empower young professionals within and outside of Dell. The team identified a need to coach and mentor the students on the Youth Development Program at the Sci Bono Discovery Centre, a Powering the Possible partner, to better equip them for the corporate environment.
Working with Dell managers, GenNext presented their first two coaching sessions to more than 90 students sharing knowledge and tips with them. Thank you to Sci Bono for allowing us to continually make a positive impact to the lives of these students.
